COVID-19 MAY HAVE SHUT OUR FITNESS CENTRES FOR A FEW WEEKS, BUT IT HASN'T STOPPED OUR COMMITMENT TO HELPING YOU KEEP FIT AND HEALTHY DURING THE LOCK-DOWN!

To that end we're creating some home-based body-weight based workout sessions you can access online (here or through our Facebook page).  You won't need any specialist gym equipment to complete these workouts, and you'll be able to complete them on your own or with other family members stuck in isolation with you.

You'll find the first of these workouts below, on our Facebook page and on the NCSRT YouTube channel.  More will come as the weeks go by so keep watching this space!

There’s no reason to miss your favourite group fitness classes when our fitness partners Les Mills and MyZone are making their online classes available FREE.  TV1 is screening some of the Les Mills classes every morning at 9am.

MyZone classes are available via MyZone Instagram and Facebook (@myzonemoves) – what’s more, if you have a MyZone MZ-3 fitness tracker keep using it during your workouts as from April you’ll be eligible for part of a US$10,000 prize pool MyZone is offering for members who achieve 1300MEPs in a month. 

If you do have some exercise equipment at home and would like some help with creating a fitness programme using this equipment please email our PT manager Ricki (rjacobs@sportstrust.org.nz) and we'll have one of our PTs contact you to help out.
