COVID-19 MAY HAVE PUT A HOLD ON OUR SILVER FITNESS CLASSES, BUT IT HASN'T STOPPED OUR COMMITMENT TO HELPING EVERYONE IN OUR COMMUNITY STAY FIT AND HEALTHY DURING THE LOCKDOWN!

So our #1 Silver Fitness instructor Holly will be putting together some fun light exercise routines each week that you can follow along to in the comfort of your own isolation bubble.  Those familiar with Silver Fitness will know the moves already - but if you're not don't worry, you'll pick it up in no time.  All you'll need is a chair and maybe some cans from the pantry if you need a bit more of a challenge.

Sorry but for copyright reasons we can't include any music in our video classes, so we suggest you put on your own favourite tunes to accompany you as you workout.
