COVID-19 MAY HAVE CLOSED OUR SCHOOLS BUT WE'RE STILL HERE TO HELP KEEP NORTH CANTERBURY'S KIDS ACTIVE AND IMPROVING THEIR SPORTS SKILLS DURING THE LOCK-DOWN!

To that end we're creating some home-based sports skills and exercise videos you can access online (below or through our NCSRT Facebook page).  You won't need any specialist sports equipment to work on these sports skills or complete the exercise routines, and you'll be able to do them on your own or with other family members sharing isolation with you.
